This week, patrons of Lidl can expect some great DIY, kitchen, and plant deals.
From Sunday, May 9
DIY tools
You know the drill: with another bank holiday coming up at the end of the month, many Brits will be planning to use the long weekend to catch up on odd jobs around the house.
Cue the middle aisle.
From May 9, Lidl will be offering deals on DIY essentials – from hot glue guns (£7.99) to angle grinders (£19.99).
And for those bigger jobs, Lidl patrons can grab a Parkside Jigsaw for just £29.99.
This big boy includes four high-quality saw blades and a blower function to ensure a dust-free cutting line.
From Thursday, May 13
Kitchen essentials
Make the Jamie Olivers and Nigella Lawsons in your life jealous with these dreamy kitchen steals.
Why not treat yourself to some healthy chips made using the Salter 3.2L Hot Air Fryer for just £39.99, or flex your baking muscles using the Morphy Richards Digital 3-in-1 Jug Scale for £14.99?

Indoor and outdoor plants
Lidl’s big 10-week Garden Event continues with deals on flowers to help you get your garden or balcony ready for summer.
For example, you can bag some beautifully bright Fuchsias for only £3.79.
Fancy a kiss? Lidl shoppers can get their hands on some Dianthus Kisses in red, pink, and purple for £5.99.
The supermarket chain is also running a summer event where shoppers can get their hands on suncream and BBQ charcoals.
What time does Lidl open?
Lidl stores typically open between 8am and 10pm Monday to Saturday.
Shops are then usually open from 10am or 11am until 4pm or 5pm on Sundays.
The opening hours vary though, so it’s best to double-check these in advance before making the trip.

Can you shop from Lidl online?
Unfortunately, you cannot shop at Lidl online as the store does not offer home delivery.
You’ll need to go into one of the over 800 Lidl stores to get your shopping for now.
When does the middle aisle of Lidl change?
Middle aisle stock is changed every Thursday and Sunday.
Lidl sometimes hold events, in which themed stock will be available for the duration – usually lasting a week or two.
The themes can range from Greek week to gardening essentials.
