Lidl has a number of offers in the middle aisle every week – called the Middle of Lidl.

From BBQs to fitness gear, and scuba-diving equipment to weighted blankets – there are always some great deals to be found.

But what does the legendary middle aisle have in store of Lidl shoppers this week?

Here is all you need to know.

What’s in the Middle of Lidl this week?

Shoppers were treated to offers on kids toys and kitchen essentials last week.

This week, along with Lidl’s Summer Wine Tour including a bottle of Medici Riccardi Chianti for £6.99, patrons of Lidl can expect some great deals on DIY tools, outdoor toys, plants, and travel must-haves.

From Thursday, May 20

DIY tools

You know the drill: with another bank holiday coming up soon, many Brits will be planning to use the long weekend to catch up on odd jobs around the house.

Cue the middle aisle.

From May 20, Lidl will be offering deals on DIY essentials – from hook sets (£3.99) to Anti-Rust Metal Protection Paint (£4.99).

And for those bigger jobs, Lidl patrons can grab a Parkside SDS-Plus Hammer Drill for just £39.99.

This big boy is perfect for drilling and chiselling in concrete, stone, metal or wood.

Outdoor toys

Lidl aren’t just stocking toys for big kids this week – your little ones are covered too with this range of outdoor toys.

Cool yourself off in a Crivit Paddling Pool for £13.99, or challenge your family to a water fight with Playtive Water Pistol for £6.99 each.

Lidl has some deals on flowers to help you get your garden ready for summer.

For example, you can bag some beautifully scented English Lavender for only £2.79.

You can also bring a breath of fresh air indoors with Lidl’s range of air purifying plants, for £3.99 each.

Travel essentials

Booked your much-needed holiday?

Make sure you have all your travel essentials before you jet off on your dream vacation.

Lidl patrons can purchase a Travel Neck Support Pillow for £6.99 and choose from an assortment of Adult Fiction books for £2.90 each – the perfect combo for long flights.

You can also get your hands on some Sony On-Ear Bluetooth Headphones with 35 hours of battery life for £29.99 this week.

What time does Lidl open?

Lidl stores typically open between 8am and 10pm Monday to Saturday.

Shops are then usually open from 10am or 11am until 4pm or 5pm on Sundays.

The opening hours vary though, so it’s best to double-check these in advance before making the trip.

You can find your nearest one including contact details by using Lidl’s store locator tool.

Can you shop from Lidl online?

Unfortunately, you cannot shop at Lidl online as the store does not offer home delivery.

You’ll need to go into one of the over 800 Lidl stores to get your shopping for now.

Tips for saving money on your weekly food shop

When does the middle aisle of Lidl change?

Middle aisle stock is changed every Thursday and Sunday.

Lidl sometimes hold events, in which themed stock will be available for the duration – usually lasting a week or two.
