Johnny Connor (Richard Hawley) in Coronation Street has been in prison over the last few months after owning up to the crime he committed thirty years ago.
Time behind bars battling his MS and Charles Bonnet Syndrome has been an incredibly difficult challenge for Johnny but finally, in the coming weeks, he returns to Weatherfield.
Ronnie (Vinta Morgan) suggests to Jenny (Sally Ann Matthews) she could come with him to pick up Ed’s (Trevor Michael Georges) campervan.
As they return to the Rovers, the chemistry between Ronnie and Jenny is evident.
However, after Ronnie’s wife Kat (Melissa James) arrives, Jenny makes it clear it’s time Ronnie moves out.
His bags packed, Ronnie begs Jenny to give him another chance, but they’re interrupted when Johnny arrives home carrying a bunch of flowers.
After some very awkward introductions, Ronnie explains that he’s just leaving and picking up his bags, he heads out.
Johnny hugs Jenny, glad to be home, and thanks Daisy (Charlotte Jordan) for looking after Jenny while he was in prison.
He’s back, but will Jenny tell Johnny about her feelings for Ronnie?
Or will she keep it a secret from him?
