Amanda Holden is taking her role as the United Kingdom’s spokesperson at Eurovision very seriously.
The 50-year-old flew the flag for the UK and embraced her inner Ginger Spice as she donned a Union Jack mini-dress ahead of the big night.
Amanda shared a picture to Instagram in which she looked at herself in a mirror in a room overlooking London, while wearing a very, very mini-dress and strappy black heels.
The Union Jack design was reminiscent of the dress worn by Geri Halliwell during the Spice Girls’ Brit Awards performance back in 1997, and we’ve gotta say, it’s pretty much perfect for Eurovision.
Amanda wrote: ‘Looking forward to making ‘un point’ or two at #Eurovision tomorrow ❤️💪🏼 🇬🇧.’
Friends were seriously wowed by the shot, with Amanda’s Heart colleague Ashley Roberts commenting: ‘Oh okayyy 🔥 🇬🇧 ❤️’ and Michelle Visage simply writing: ‘Gams!’
Meanwhile, Ruth Langsford joked: ‘You’ll catch your death! Hope you have a vest on underneath!’
Maybe that is the vest, who knows.
Amanda will be greeting Europe tonight to hand out the UK’s jury votes, and will get to utter the infamous words ‘our 12 points go to…’
Past spokespeople have included Rylan Clark-Neal, Nigella Lawson and Mel Giedroyc.
Graham Norton returns to commentate the Song Contest for the BBC, and James Newman has the all important job of representing the UK on stage.
The star is hoping that his upbeat track Embers will pick up points across Europe, and has jazzed up his performance by adding some pyrotechnics.
Speaking to The Sun, the 35-year-old said: ‘The room literally lights up it’s so hot because we’ve got these massive flame-thrower things that come out of the ground and it’s really hot, but really fun.
‘I’ve changed the gold outfit [he wore in the first rehearsal] now. I wasn’t too happy about it so I’ve gone back to what I had before because I thought it looked a bit cooler — and it’s a bit more flame-resistant!’
James faces stiff competition from acts from Italy, Malta, Ukraine and Switzerland, with 26 countries fighting it out tonight to take over as champion from The Netherlands’ Duncan Laurence.
The Eurovision Song Contest airs tonight at 8pm on BBC One.
